The Director of Original Property Brokers, Samantha Payne, is an active Australian qualified and licensed Real Estate Agent with over 20 years of global sales experience and achievements.

Original Property Brokers specialises in providing qualified overseas investment and residential properties, opportunities to create and increase self wealth and advice to both locals and expats all over the Middle East. We specialise in the Australian property market but also cater for other global investors to invest in the fast growing Dubai property market. Not only do we provide the properties for our clients, we have in-depth knowledge of the areas, markets, trends, construction details, investment forecasts and rental facts and figures so can give a reliable view on growth and demand.

As many of our clients require finance, we have also built up strong relationships with local brokers and worldwide banks and mortgage consultants and thus, can also offer international mortgages with extremely low interest rates plus advantageous taxation advice and services.
